Shipping & Delivery

While we partner with the best shipping companies, we have limited control over shipping times or delays once your order leaves the NC4 Warehouse. To ensure seamless delivery, please provide accurate contact information.

Yes, We Ship Worldwide!

For Ready to Ship units, delivery times vary depending on your location and will be dispatched promptly upon payment confirmation. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and delivery.

At NC4, we pride ourselves on offering a truly personalized experience. Perfection takes time, and preparing the materials for your custom color or length may require special ordering if not currently in stock. Please allow 4-6 weeks for custom braided units and up to 4 weeks for custom braiding hair color and length.

Payment

As an online store, we currently accept only verified forms of card payment. We are actively working on expanding our online payment options to better serve you in the near future.

Currently, we provide updates when your order is confirmed and once it has been shipped, including a courier tracking number. We are working towards implementing a comprehensive tracking system that will allow you to monitor every step of your order, from purchase to delivery, in the near future.

Yes, you can! If you visit one of our locations or catch us at a pop-up shop, we are happy to accept cash payments.

Orders & Returns

Our beginner-friendly website makes it easy to place orders for Braided Units, Braiding Hair, Products or Accessories. Simply navigate through our intuitive menus to find your desired products. For custom Braided Wigs, visit our Inquiries section and read the detailed blog post "How to Order an NC4 Custom Braided Wig" for step-by-step instructions. Enjoy a seamless shopping experience tailored to your needs.

Due to our fast and efficient delivery system, it is not possible to cancel orders once custom order processing has started or ready-to-ship orders have been handed over to a courier. We highly encourage clients to shop intentionally and double-check their cart before payment to avoid future mistakes.

Orders can be changed if you contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Please note the projected time limits for making changes:

  • Ready to Ship Units/Products/Braiding Hair: Within the first 48 hours
  • Custom Braided Units: Within the first week of purchase
  • Custom Braiding Hair: Within the first 72 hours

While we strive to accommodate changes, they are not guaranteed and depend on the product's delivery stage.

You do not need an subscription to shop with us. However, creating an subscription is recommended to enjoy access to exclusive NC4 sales and promotions.

We want to ensure your satisfaction with NC4 Hair products. While we do not offer refunds for custom braided units or braiding hair due to the unique craftsmanship involved, we encourage you to choose carefully. Additionally, international shipping costs prevent us from offering refunds on NC4 Hair Products and Accessories at this time.

Ready-to-ship braided wigs may be returned if uncustomized or tampered with. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon confirmation of the wig's condition, clients may be refunded the wig price minus shipping and handling fees.
